Jeff is a lifelong entrepreneur and also professor of management and director of entrepreneurial studies at Bentley College in Waltham, MA. His work has earned him an Ernst & Young New England Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He is the author of the landmark business book The Rhythm of Business.

Jan has held leadership positions in several entrepreneurial companies, including board seats with both commercial and not for profit enterprises. A delegate to the 1997 Microcredit Summit, Jan has spent many years advocating entrepreneurship as a means of economic development.
